I can't believe I released A Single Girl's Guide to Wedding Survival: A Novel a year ago. The support has been amazing from all my family, friends, and readers. I was happy that I could close out 2020 with such an accomplishment.
In 2021, it was time for me to learn how to market and sell my work. In previous years, I had been craft-focused building my writing skill, now I had to learn the business of being an author. I dove into BookBub and Amazon ads, I took webinars on marketing, learned about book promotional sites, crafted banners, sales pages, and kept throwing money and ideas at it all.
My book sold in the US, Canada, Australia, India, and the UK. In total, I sold under 200 copies plus Kindle page reads. Woot, woot! Not bad for a debut novel and handling all the things myself.
Now I plan to bust out the oil, lubricate my rusty fingers, and dive into the next book. To the new year!

So excited for the next book you bring out for the public to sink there teeth into. I’ve been an avid supporter of your writing for over a decade now and while I got to watch create your dream into a reality damn near teaching yourself everything there is to know from the story telling to the marketing well to say it was inspiring is an understatement. Really looking forward to the next book written by such a great author with never ending gumption!
